Centre of the earth

Centre of the earth poem

I see you scrambling down a mountain far away
Tumbling or falling

I can feel you losing your wings
as you fall beneath the Center of the earth

I can wake you up before the crows do
absorb the extra sun rays that would do you harm

In an inverted gravity, I can make you fall
Over me beneath the Center of the earth

Through a wave of hallucination, as the rainbow wipes clean
I can risk the colors to paint them back on.

In the field of water where the currents turn to drown you around
I can set you lose, from the center of this ground.
